Within the framework of the EU Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Module «Self-Regulated Studies of Hybrid Threats and European Security», the course «Psychology of Self-Regulated Learning» continues to be successfully delivered at the National University of Ostroh Academy.
The course is taught by Assoc. Prof. Oksana Matlasevych, Dr in Psychology, Associate Professor at the Department of Psychology.
This program focuses on developing students’ understanding of the psychological mechanisms of self-regulation in learning and personal behaviour under conditions of uncertainty, crisis, and hybrid threats. Special attention is given to the psychological aspects of hybrid warfare, information attacks, modern aggression, and other security threats that affect individual and collective behaviour.
«The course provides an understanding of the psychological characteristics of personal behaviour in the context of hybrid conflicts and wars. The acquired knowledge and skills are useful for effective psychological analysis of the global situation and for understanding mechanisms of self-regulation and counteraction under insecurity and hybrid threats.»
— noted Oksana Matlasevych.
